How It Works

My coaching process is structured yet adaptable, designed to meet your unique needs and intentions.

Here’s how it typically unfolds:

  • We start with a complimentary 15-minute chat to get to know each other. This is an opportunity to explore your goals, discuss how coaching can support you, and ensure we’re a good fit.

  • During the first session or sessions, we’ll define your objectives and determine what’s already working well in your life or career. If appropriate, we’ll use assessments to identify areas for growth and clarify the changes you want to make.

  • We’ll meet regularly—weekly or every two weeks—to track your progress, address challenges, and refine your strategies. Each session is a space for reflection, learning, and actionable planning.

  • The ultimate goal of coaching is to equip you with the habits and insights you need to thrive on your own. Many of my clients report not only achieving their goals but also becoming empowered to teach others, sharing what they’ve learned in communication, leadership, and relationship-building with their teams, families, and communities.
