“Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
―Carl Jung
Psychotherapy
There are times in life when we feel called—or compelled—to seek psychotherapy. Sometimes, it’s because we’re grappling with mental health challenges that make daily life difficult. Other times, we are driven to psychotherapy by a desire to go deeper: to understand ourselves better, uncover patterns that no longer serve us, and create a more fulfilling, authentic way of living and relating.
I offer my clients a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive refuge in which to explore and transform.
I am a licensed alternative practitioner of psychotherapy (HPP) in Germany and a certified NARM therapist.
I often work with individuals who have tried other forms of psychotherapy but found they didn’t achieve the lasting change they were looking for. Many traditional approaches focus on managing symptoms or teaching coping strategies but fail to reach the deeper layers of what drives our struggles. This is where my work, rooted in NARM (the NeuroAffective Relational Model), is different.
Below are Three Key Aspects of my Approach:
1. Body and Mind: A Holistic Approach: Healing is not just a cognitive process—it involves both the mind and body. Trauma is often stored in the nervous system, affecting our sense of safety and connection. In therapy, we’ll integrate top-down approaches, which involve understanding and shifting mental frameworks, with bottom-up techniques that address the body’s responses to stress and trauma.
For example, we might explore beliefs like “I’m unworthy” while also noticing physical sensations—such as tension or breath patterns—and learning to regulate and shift those states. This holistic approach fosters deeper healing, helping you reconnect with your aliveness and well-being.
2. Present Focus: Living in the Here and Now: While trauma often originates in the past, its impact is felt in the present—in how we experience relationships, emotions, and challenges today. My work focuses on understanding how past experiences shape our current lives, allowing us to make sense of persistent patterns and reconnect with our capacity for joy, connection, and authenticity in the here and now.
This approach is not about revisiting the past for its own sake but about exploring how it influences your current experiences, relationships, and sense of self. By addressing these dynamics in the present, we create space for growth and transformation.
3. Relational Healing: Building Safety and Trust: Our earliest relationships profoundly shape how we see ourselves and connect with others. When trust, safety, or attachment is disrupted, it can lead to relational trauma that impacts our ability to feel secure and authentic with others. Therapy provides a safe and supportive space to explore these dynamics.
Through our work together, we’ll focus on creating a sense of safety, trust, and relational healing. This process allows you to build stronger, more fulfilling relationships while cultivating self-trust and compassion. Over time, this relational work helps you feel more connected to yourself, the people around you, and to life itself.
A Transformative Journey Together
My approach weaves together these elements—mind-body integration, present-focused exploration, and relational healing—to create a comprehensive and transformative therapeutic experience. This process is not about forcing change but gently inviting you back to your natural state of aliveness and self-trust.
I’ve been on this journey of healing myself and know how transformative it can be to have a space where you feel truly seen and supported. My goal is to offer that space for you—a place where you can deepen your self-understanding, cultivate mindfulness and compassion, and move toward a more vibrant, connected, and wholehearted life.
